About Wardline
What is Wardline?
Wardline builds secure software for decisions that matter between people who need a clear, fair record of what was agreed. Our first product, Wardline Co-Parenting, helps families who live across more than one home manage schedules, belongings, expenses and communication in one shared place.
When will Wardline Co-Parenting be available?
It's in private development, and we haven't set a launch date yet. If you'd like to hear when it's ready, get in touch.
How much will it cost?
We haven't set pricing yet. What we have committed to: no feature tiers, so everyone gets the whole product; no advertising; we never sell your data; and exporting your record for legal proceedings will always be free.
What devices will it work on?
We're building Wardline Co-Parenting as a phone app for iPhone and Android.
Families
Is it only for high-conflict co-parents?
No. Wardline is built for everyday family life across households: split weeks, hybrid arrangements and blended families, whether parents get along easily or find it hard. Clear records and fair rules help everyone.
Does it work for families with more than two parents, or with step-parents?
Yes. There's no limit on the number of parents or guardians, and they all have equal standing. Step-parents, grandparents and other carers can join as household members, and a child can be linked between two households.
Does the other parent have to join?
You can set up your family on your own and invite the other parent when you're ready. Wardline works best with everyone on board, though, because things like schedule swaps, expenses and handoffs are confirmed by the other person.
What happens if we can't agree?
Decisions that affect everyone need everyone's agreement. If you can't agree, the question goes to a shared mediator or coordinator you've both chosen. If you don't have one, it stays open until you resolve it. Wardline never takes sides or decides for you. See how agreement works.
Can a mediator or lawyer use Wardline with us?
Yes. A shared professional can be brought in when every parent agrees, and only sees what you've all allowed. Professionals can find out more on our page for professionals.
Privacy and security
Can Wardline staff read our messages?
No. Our staff have no routine access to your records. In the rare case that someone needs to see real data to fix a problem, every parent must approve it, it's limited to one item for a limited time, and the request is recorded in your family's own history. See Security.
Does AI read my messages?
Only if you use the optional tone check. When you do, your draft is sent to an AI service in the cloud platform we use, to suggest a calmer wording. Your messages are never used to train AI models.
Do you sell data or show ads?
No, never. Wardline has no advertising, and we don't sell, rent or trade your information.
Does this website use cookies or trackers?
No. This website has no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. See our privacy policy.
Records and legal
Is Wardline legal advice?
No. Wardline is a tool for families. It doesn't give legal advice or replace a lawyer or mediator. For advice about your own situation, please speak to a qualified family-law professional.
Can I use my Wardline record in court?
Every message, request and approval is attributed, time-stamped and tamper-evident, and you can export your full record yourself, free, at any time. Whether and how a record is used is up to you, your lawyer and the court.
What happens to our data if we close our account?
Closing the family's account needs every parent's agreement. Everyone then has 30 days to export their records. After that, the encryption key for your family's records is destroyed, and the content becomes permanently unreadable, including to us.
